Cosmetology Licenses Can Be Taken in Spanish in the District of Columbia
Are you thinking of becoming a cosmetologist? The Occupational and Professional Licensing Administration (OPLA) is offering the Cosmetology Theory Examination in Spanish. This license is required to ensure quality service, establish accepted codes of ethical behavior and to protect the health and safety of customers.
