GABRIELA MOSSI Director of Program and Resource Development gmossi@gwhcc.org
Gabriela is the new Director of Program and Resource Development. She joined GWHCC after serving as a commercial revitalization consultant in the District of Columbia and other East Coast states. Previously, she assisted in local economic development issues as Executive Director of Adams Morgan Main Street Group, Advisor to International Migrants' Development Fund and Program Consultant to NCLR. Her background also includes over ten years of experience in socio-economic development with multilateral organizations and university think tanks. She holds graduate degrees in international development and non-profit management from the Institute of Social Studies (The Netherlands) and Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). She completed her Bachelor's in Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

MAGDA CARDENAS Director of Marketing and Communications mcardenas@gwhcc.org
Magda has worked as the GWHCC's Director of Marketing & Communications since November 2009. She has also worked as a market research analyst for TNS Healthcare (now Kantar Health) and EurekaFacts LLC. Magda holds a Bachelors of Engineering from Universidad de America in Bogotá, Colombia and a MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Cardenas lives in Washington DC.

MARIA ELENA CASTILLO Membership Coordinator
Mariely has been working as a memberships coordinator at the GWHCC since the beginning of 2010. She is a marketing specialist and has worked with different companies as a marketing manager for over 11 years. She has been in charge of planning, organizing and leading marketing strategies in both food and telecommunication industries in Mexico and the southwestern United States border regions. She holds a Master's Degree in Management: Major in International Trade from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Both universities are located in Mexico).

ROLANDO SERRA Graphic Designer (Volunteer)
Rolando is volunteering in the GWHCC. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts: Graphic Design from Maryland Institute College of Art. He has worked in Chris Bravo Studio in New York City. Currently, he is working at the Maryland Institute College of Art: Campus Safety and performing freelance work. He has been awarded the Exodus Project National Logo Contest Winner, been placed on the MICA Dean's List and received competitive scholarships awards.
