Gabriela Mossi Director of Programs and Resource Development - gmossi@gwhcc.org
Gabriela Mossi's background includes over seventeen years of experience in economic and social development with multilateral organizations, university think tanks, local government, and nonprofits including the Kellogg Institute, the University of Maryland and The World Bank. Ms. Mossi joined the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation after serving as a commercial and neighborhood revitalization consultant in the District of Columbia and other parts of the US. Her local experience includes directing the Adams Morgan Main Street Group, working as a program consultant for NCLR and serving on various nonprofit boards addressing the needs of the Latino and small business community in DC. In 2012 she was reelected to a second term as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner. Gabriela completed graduate degrees in international development and nonprofit management from the Institute of Social Studies (The Netherlands) and Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Bachelor’s in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Born of Honduran parents in DC, she lived her early and formative years in Central America.

Pamela Nieto Director of Marketing and Communications - pnieto@gwhcc.org
Pamela joined the GWHCC on September 2012 as the Director of Marketing & Communications. She is a communications, digital media and multicultural audience expert. Previously, she worked as an account executive with TMNcorp, a recognized local marketing and public relations firm, plus past experience with Maya Advertising and Chlopak, Leonard, Schechter & Associates. Pamela lives in Washington, DC.

Alma Alfaro-Laska Membership Coordinator - aalfaro-laska@gwhcc.org
Alma has been working for the GWHCC since June, 2011. Her main experience is on International Trade. She was Trade Director for the State of Hidalgo of Mexico in Washington, DC and she previously worked as Economic Counselor at the NAFTA-Trade Office of the Embassy of Mexico in DC. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Rebeca Blanco Business Development Specialist Arlington - rblanco@gwhcc.org
Rebeca has been the Business Development Manager for the Chamber and BizLaunch, Arlington Economic Development since February 2009. She has previously worked with Opal Strategic Marketing, Hispanic Committee of Virginia and the US Chamber of Commerce. Rebeca holds a Bachelors of Arts from Universidad del Zulia, Venezuela in Mass Communication and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from American University, Kogod School of Business.

Tatiana Ahlborn Business Development Specialist Washington DC- tahlborn@gwhcc.org
Tatiana has been working for the GWHCC since January 2012 as the Business Development Specialist in D.C. She started working with the Chamber as a volunteer in the Small Business Technical Assistance Program. She has previous experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and Book Keeping in the construction industry. Tatiana holds a MBA in Business Administration. She currently lives in the District in Ward 4.
