WASHINGTON, DC, June 6, 2016 –The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) celebrated its annual Gala: Honoring Hispanic Businesses in Construction on June 3rd at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC. This year the GWHCC recognized five individuals in the construction sector who have excelled in various categories and celebrated its 40th anniversary.

Small Business Assistance Program

Technical Assistance

The Mayor’s Office on Latino Affairs (OLA) and Capital One granted the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) an award to create a mentorship program to support Hispanic small businesses. The mentorship program will allow experienced business owners to impart their knowledge and help small businesses improve processes, customer experience, and strategy.

La Oficina de Asuntos Latinos para la Comunidad Hispana (OLA) y Capital One otorgaron a la Cámara de Comercio Hispana de Washington DC (GWHCC) un premio para crear un programa de mentoría para apoyar a los pequeños negocios hispanos. El programa de mentoría permitirá a los propietarios de negocios con experiencia impartir sus conocimientos y ayudar a las pequeñas empresas a mejorar los procesos, la experiencia del cliente y la estrategia.
