The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud of its diverse and experienced Board of Directors. Each brings a wealth of expertise to our Board that plays an important role in setting the policy agenda for the Chamber. Members of the board represent large and small businesses from across the DC Metropolitan Area and are charged with:
- determining the GWHCC's mission and purpose
- supporting and evaluating the President and CEO
- ensuring effective planning, adequate financial resources, and legal and ethical integrity
- monitoring and strengthening programs and services
- protecting assets and providing proper financial oversight
- enhancing the GWHCC’s public standing
