GWHCC BUSINESS EXPO
Launched in 2010, the Business Expo has become the region’s premier event connecting minority-owned businesses with potential clients and organizations that support their growth. Participation in the Expo has increased from 70 exhibitors and 500 attendees in 2010 to over 1,000 attendees and more than 100 exhibitors. Moreover, in the past the Expo has hosted more than 20 international companies, 70 business matchmaking meetings, and over 50 sponsors and partners.
The 2023 Business Expo is on Monday, April 24th, 2023 in Hall E at the Walter E Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Savor the Night
This ticketed, cocktail attire event features an exquisite cultural diversity tasting where guests enjoy a delectable evening with a Latin twist, food and drinks from 7 South American, Central American and Caribbean countries.

GWHCC Luncheon and Hispanic Heritage Celebration (Oct. 11 – Oct. 15)
During Hispanic Heritage Month, the Chamber hosts an annual luncheon to honor the remarkable work local leaders continues to do for the Latino community in DC.
The Hispanic Heritage Celebration is a month-long celebration event.
Formerly, the chamber’s largest networking event, this celebration has been rebranded to be held virtually with events held throughout the month and a Social Media Campaign. Events to be held include a Cook-a-Thon, Pitch Your Biz and more. Stay tuned for more information!

Annual Gala
With over 500 participants, this black-tie affair highlights the importance and influence of the Hispanic business community in the DC Metropolitan economy.
In 2019, the Chamber launched the first-ever GWHCC Hispanic Business Hall of Fame to recognize business leaders whose achievements continue to promote and advance the economic climate of our communities.

Holiday Fiesta
The Chamber’s Annual Holiday Reception is a large, festive networking event that brings the Hispanic and broader minority community together to celebrate the Chamber’s yearly accomplishments and those of its members.
